Professional Assessment Services

PLUS40 is able to provide you with a range of personality and behaviour assessment reports for recruitment and staff development.  All reports are provided by Balance at Work Pty Ltd, using Harrison Assessments.

The Harrison Assessment gives you an accurate measurement of a candidate’s suitability to your specific role, based on a short online questionnaire.  A detailed report is available to you within 24 hours of the candidate completing the report.  More detailed analysis and consultation is also available on request.

Reports are available for $199 per report plus GST.  Subsequent reports on the same candidate are available for $99 per report plus GST.   Click here for more information on the available reports, Harrison Assessments and Balance at Work.

Advertising Options

Remember to utilise the PLUS40 Jobs Board and advertise directly to our huge Australia-wide talent pool of skilled and experienced workers.  If you deal directly with the candidates (like with Seek, MyCareer or CareerOne) there is no placement fee, just the advertising charge.  If we do get involved in the process of search, selection or screening, then we will charge a service fee.  Check out the Advertising Only option information.

Government Funding for TrainingDid you know Commonwealth and State Governments offer funding incentives to organisations to train their workforce through the National Accredited Training (NAT) scheme.  Did you know this funding consists of $-incentives that are completely at your disposal to use as you see fit, for example $4,400 (including GST) per employee (more in some cases).  For more information, click here.
